Joining the FAB Community

There are multiple ways you can join the FAB community! Whether you become a FAB member, or choose a personalized 1:1 coaching program- you will find the support you need for your fitness journey here. 

FAB Membership

When you sign up for a FAB membership you will have access to all programs and healthy recipes. This includes FAB Pregnancy, Rebuild Postpartum, Build Up and more. 

Programs

All of the FAB programs are available for one-time purchases. You will gain access to the one program you are interested in, and have life time access.

1:1 Coaching

For a more personalized approach, look into FAB 1:1 virtual coaching options. This allows you to work with me directly as your coach to create a program that fits your specific needs. FAB offers both fitness and nutrition coaching.

In Person Training

FAB offers both personal training and group sessions as in person options. These can always be made Mommy and Me!

About Me.

My own journey as a pre/postnatal coach began after I had my son and I realized the lack of support and awareness around how to heal the postpartum body and return to exercise protocols. I did my own research, pieced together different programs to try and find what I needed to heal my own body and get back to what I love- moving my body in any way I want.

As I searched for my own answers, I found more fear mongering information filled with warnings of “don’t do this” and messages for moms to settle with a limited amount of exercise options.

I NEEDED exercise for my mental health. I have struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember, which only increased in my postpartum period. Exercise and moving my body was my outlet and it was not an option for me to settle. I needed to find a way to heal my core and pelvic floor and safely rebuild my strength so I could exercise how I chose, better my mental health, and therefore be a better mama to my son.

After finding some other leading trainers in this space and seeing the amazing work they were doing, I knew this was what I was passionate about. Since then, I have had my daughter and followed these protocols based on research and science to exercise safely through pregnancy and postpartum and felt stronger faster than I thought possible this second time around.

​

I've completed my personal training and specialized pre/postnatal certification through International Sports Sciences Association, as well as gone on to receive my mat Pilates instructor certification. I now help my clients achieve their goals and feel strong again through all stages of motherhood.
